We are a Houston property management company that proudly assists families, businesses, and organizations in professionally managing their properties. We take great pride in how we work with each and every one of our customers, approaching every home improvement project with our calling from God to shepherd, steward, and serve. Since our launch in March 2022, we have served more than 50 clients, 25 of which we continuously work with.

Team WINN is a local property management company that serves the Greater Houston Area, including Pearland, Clearlake, Spring, Cypress, The Woodlands, Katy, Galveston, and more.
New homes, new apartments, and new commercial properties are constantly being built in our area, so we are working to grow exponentially. We are committed to investing time, energy, and money into your company so that we can continue to provide our clients with the best experience possible. As the old adage goes, love starts at home, so we are planning to start right in our own home...the wonderful city of Houston. Meet Our Founder, Carl WINN
While serving as the Director of Operations of a $6 million non-profit for the last five years and his role as HVAC/R technician, Carl Winn passionately grew to love administration, especially, managing assets entrusted to us by God. The responsibility of overseeing both residential and commercial properties impressed on Carl the importance of taking these services to a broader audience.
He approached his work with this mindset, we exist to provide dedicated support to our clients by helping them steward well the resources God has entrusted to them.
Carl WINN is a native Houstian but raised in Navasota, Texas. He jokes that he’s a country boy trapped in the city. He has the ability to serve as a white and blue collar professional. He knows how to work well in the office and doesn’t care about getting dirty in the field.
Carl has been married for almost 12 years to his wife, Krystal WINN. They have 5 beautiful children, who you can see working with Team WINN. He is a faithful member of his local church, Nehemiah Community Church located on TSU campus, where he serves the body of Christ.
Carl is unapologetic about his faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. He expresses his faith through his work, whether in business or in his family life. His faith motivates him to serve with the utmost integrity, pursuing excellence and owning his mistakes.
